Steve Wynn has announced the new Encore chef line-up.  Theo Schoenegger of Patina, Los Angeles will be at THEO which will feature Italian food (Theo sounds Dutch or Greek to me).  Jet Tila whose family owns L.A.'s Bangkok Market will be at the modern Asian bistro, WAZUZU.  Mark LoRusso from Tableau at the Wynn will move to BOTERO STEAK (I wonder if there will be paintings of the famous Columbian artist - Fernando Botero?)  Marc Poidevin formely of LeCirque will head SWITCH a French inspired steakhouse (again I don't get this restaurant's name.)  Rounding out  the chef list is Kim Canteenwalla at SOCIETY CAFE.  I really believe Wynn could have come up with names that were a bit more interesting for restaurants that will surely be impressive.  Maybe there is time to change names if the menus haven't been printed.
